Welcome to December at Mindful Movement and Wellness!

As we step into this new month, it’s the perfect time to refresh your routine and take a little extra care of yourself. We’re excited to invite you to join us for some amazing classes today!
• 9:45 AM: Mindful Boot Camp with Chloe – Kickstart your morning with an energizing full-body workout that’ll leave you feeling strong and empowered.
• 5:30 PM: Mindful Barre with Christina – Unwind from your day and build graceful strength with our barre session that blends mindfulness and movement.
• 7:30 PM: Mindful Aerial Yoga with Emily – Elevate your evening (literally!) with an aerial yoga class that will help you stretch, de-stress, and find your inner calm.
