Hello Friends! I invite you to enjoy a day healing ceremony, connection community and serenity. Spiritual serenity is a deep, internal peace and tranquility that stems from a connection to a higher power and acceptance of life’s circumstances.
On this one day winter solstice retreat I invite you to come back to the serenity of your soul self, through sacred ceremonies, healing work and a deep connection to Nature and Mother Earth. Here’s the itinerary

9:00-11:00 Cacao Nature Walk
Start the day off with a warm cup of heart opening cacao elixir and enjoy a meditative walk in nature as we work with Mother Earth in spiritual practice.

12:00-2:00 light Lunch Talking Circle/ Sacred Pipe ceremony
We will enjoy a community meal together. All the food prepared by yours truly. After lunch we will gather in sacred circle for a platica, heart to heart conversation where we practice speaking and listening from our hearts, holding space for each other to be seen and heard. The sacred pipe will be shared to honor our sacred work and prayers.

2:00-3:00 Shamanic Egg Cleanse (Limpia) Experience a powerful spiritual cleansing of the egg and road opening ceremony.

3:00-6:00 Temazcal Sweat Ceremony
We gather together in the Sacred womb to sweat out the toxins physically emotionally and spiritually as we are reborn into new and renewed energy.

This new moon in scorpio is a great time for introspection and transformation. Scorpio energy brings hidden truths to the surface, making it easier to begin new phases that require confronting your deepest feelings and fears. For this new moon we will be focusing on shadow work. In a spiritual context, the “shadow side” refers to the unconscious, repressed, and disowned parts of oneself, which can include negative emotions, fears, and desires deemed unacceptable. It is the “dark side” of the psyche, containing all that a person denies or rejects about themselves, as popularized by the psychologist Carl Yung. Confronting and integrating this shadow through a process or spiritual practice is called shadow work considered a path to spiritual and personal wholeness.

On this new moon we will take the time to lovingly but truthfully look at our shadow side. We will utilize archetypes to label and identify our shadow’s personalities and behaviors. We will utilize the heart opening medicine of Grandmother Cacao and the heartbeat of the drum to journey to the underworld to face our own shadow. We will be assisted by the Archangels and the Holy Ones in clearing and rewriting the energetic imprints that created our shadow as we harness the energy of our higher self and the new moon to create new beginnings.
