Every day of our lives, we are on the verge of making those slight changes that would make all the difference. — Mignon McLaughlin

This weekend, I experienced a subtle shift in perspective while spending time at during the .sears workshop. Surrounded and supported by friends who share my passion for yoga, I was reminded of the profound nourishment that comes from such connections. In a world that often promotes division, it was invigorating to encounter the opposite. While I am undoubtedly sore and have indulged in an excessive amount of yoga, the experience was well worth it and I look forward to continuing to make magic in this space with these beautiful humans.
