Hi Everyone, my name is Tammy Halliburton and I’m the owner of Strengthened Thru Fire. I’m a certified personal trainer and a group exercise instructor. I’m a Christian wife, married almost 30 years, mother of 7 amazing grown kids, and Nonni to 2 beautiful grandbabies so far. I was also a stay-at-home, homeschool mom for 24 years. For all of my adult life I’ve had a desire to be more physically fit and gone through periods of trying new things and trying to figure out what might work for me that I could stick with consistently. Now that we’re done homeschooling and my kids are grown, I’ve finally found somethings I love and my passion for fitness is growing. To that passion I have added education and continued learning and training so that I can safely and effectively work with other women to build their overall strength and health. My heart is to help you find joy and excitement in becoming stronger and healthier with the goal being to enjoy this life to the fullest. Our health and fitness are gifts that are too often taken for granted, let me help you take the fullest advantage of these gifts!

Haven't posted in forever, but it's medal Monday, and I have my first official 50 mile finisher's medal from Canyonlands 50 miler! It's my second 50 miler, but first official finish and with a big PR! Thank you, Kylie, from for all of your help! And thank you, Jesus, for bringing running into my life, for allowing me to run this race, and for helping me to finish strong! We can all do hard things when we are willing to put in the work!
