After a TBI, we know that learning and remembering new information, current events, or what happens day-to-day can be very difficult.

The most common type of memory loss is short-term memory loss.

You may forget things as simple as where you had placed your keys, important details from a conversation, what time/day it is, and forgetting all or pieces of a movie or book recently watched/read.

This patient came to us at the beginning of August because her symptoms had been affecting her quality of life. She currently is more confident in her balance and her performance when working!

Congratulations to Debbie 🥳🎉

She found us through one of our Instagram reels we posted a while back. If it wasn’t for our social presence, Debbie wouldn’t have found us!

It is important to be aware of concussions because there could be risk in acquiring a second brain injury before the first one has fully recovered. It’s rare, but VERY serious.

So how do you regulate brain waves?

Using Neurofeedback, we can restrain certain brain waves while also increasing other brain waves as seen fit. Self-control can literally be taught to help manage these symptoms!

Greetings,
I am looking at starting a once-weekly, live flexibility Zoom class with potential daily recorded stretching videos of 15 minutes that can be performed at any time.

I am doing this secondary to what I see in my office on a daily basis as people age...they lose the flexibility in their hips, quadriceps, hamstrings, and spine.

Please do me a favor and answer our short FOUR question survey to help make this a course for everyone wanting to slow down the aging process and feel better.

Muchas gracias!!!

The left side of the brain controls the muscles on the right side of the body and vice versa.

This is why damage done to the right side of the brain may have an effect on the left side of the body.

People do not really have a stronger left- or right-sided brain network. Research shows that abilities in subjects (Math, Art) are strongest when BOTH halves of the brain work together.
