Chrome Club Member Update!

Dear Valued Chrome Club Member,

We hope this message finds you well. We want to begin by sincerely thanking you for trusting us with your care and for being such an important part of our medical spa community. Your continued support truly means the world to us.

We are writing to share an important update regarding our neuromodulator pricing. Due to recent increases from our suppliers, the cost of Dysport and Botox has risen for our practice. As a result, we will be implementing a small price adjustment for neuromodulator services.

Beginning 2/2/26, pricing for neuromodulators for all members will increase by $0.50 per unit.

We understand that any price change can be frustrating, and this decision was not made lightly. Our commitment has always been to provide the highest-quality treatments, premium products, and exceptional care in a safe and welcoming environment. This adjustment allows us to continue maintaining the standards you expect and deserve, without compromising on quality, expertise, or patient experience.

Please know how deeply grateful we are for your loyalty, understanding, and continued trust. We remain dedicated to caring for you with honesty, transparency, and genuine appreciation, and we are always happy to answer any questions you may have.

You should receive an email from Remedly, Chrome or Betweenuandme, open the email to sign your correct consent form(s) and fill out your medical history form. If you cannot access this portal from your email, please just make sure to show up at least 10-15 minuets early to fill out the updated forms. For our clients who have already done this, thank you! We appreciate your support and patients during your check in process.
