Get ready for some fantastic updates to our group schedule starting October 7th! While we’ll be saying goodbye to the lunch hour classes on Tuesday and Thursday, we’re excited to introduce a brand-new evening class on both days. Join us to invigorate your body with our WholeSelf Strength & Cardio workout from 5:00 PM to 5:45 PM, and don’t miss out on our Kickboxing session that follows!
