Dr. Cheryl M. Burgess is the founding medical director and president of the Center for Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery, PC in Washington, DC. She is an Assistant Clinical Professor, Department of Dermatology at Georgetown University and The George Washington University, as well as an active member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, Women’s Dermatologic Society and currently serves on the Board of Directors, American Dermatological Association.
Dr. Burgess is a nationally and internationally recognized expert for advanced technology in non-invasive aesthetic procedures. She has written, lectured and trained physicians extensively on her patented technique of soft tissue enhancement of injectables fillers and neuromodulators injection techniques. She is also a prolific clinical research investigator, consultant, and key opinion leader serving on many advisory boards. She has authored and published articles in numerous scientific peer review textbooks and journals.
