Did you know summer is when providers see the most women with contractions that may be pre-term labor? Stay cool! Drink hydrating liquids (not caffeine!) and enjoy foods with high water content such as grapes and watermelon. Stay inside during the heat of the day! No walks or sports when it's 90+ outside.
