ABCs of ABA: T is for Task Analysis 🧩

Task analysis is the process of breaking down a complex skill into smaller, manageable steps. This allows children to learn one piece at a time, building confidence and independence along the way. For example, brushing teeth can be broken into simple steps like picking up the toothbrush, applying toothpaste, and rinsing.

This structured approach makes learning clearer and more achievable.
