The New Mexico Alliance for School-Based Health Care is a nonprofit, 501c3, advocacy organization th

The New Mexico Alliance for School-Based Health Care benefits students, families, schools and communities by:

Advocating in support of SBHCs in their delivery of medical and behavioral health services at school for students when they need it, thereby catching health problems, like asthma, diabetes and depression, early and preventing bigger problems later. Promoting comprehensive health services to students at school so they can avoid health-related absences and receive support to succeed in school. Partnering with schools to provide students coordinated services and support for success. Networking and collaborating with others to advocate for school-based health care at the state, national, tribal and local levels.

On top of celebrating NMASBHC's 25th Anniversary, we were excited to celebrate the hardworking folks in the school-based health care field!

The Champion Award recognizes those who have made an outstanding and recent contribution to the school-based health care field. We're thrilled to extend this award to:

We have our raffle winners! Thank you to everyone that purchased tickets this year. We raised over $2,500 in the 2025 raffle. Your support is vital is helping SBHCs deliver health services to New Mexico's youth.
