Been working on some quick and easy jobs because of so many other things on my mind. My dog does need surgery to repair her knee from an cranial cruciate ligament tear (similar to a human's ACL tear). We decided today to go out of state to have it done. In the meantime I've been making small things because I can't sit still long enough to do a big project right now. I just finished this little frog. His head and body is about 4 1/2 inches long, so it's small for me!

Been going crazy with taxes, (ugh) and organization for the new year, and crocheting "stuff", just whatever I feel like crocheting and then about 2 weeks ago my dog did something to her knee. She will go see a surgeon tomorrow to see if she tore her ACL. (It's not really and ACL in a dog but that is the easiwest way to explain it.) If so...we have a long road ahead of us and I may not get much crocheting done. The recovery is supposed to be MONTHS long. Poor girl.

Still making fun things that I can do while listening to the impeachment trial, if you can call it a trial with no witnesses or documentation a "fair" trial. I was going to make opposite mini bears (5 1/2") but then I decided to make a cat instead. The cat should have been the solid color! What do you think?

With the use of plastics that can't be recycled, I decided to make a grocery bag. It is designed for small items, or a quick trip. I will need to make some larger ones and one for fruits and veggies.

I've been doing a lot of crocheting, but watching the impeachment trial also. I have thought for a very long time that Trump is guilty as sin. I think has been guilty since 1974. The crime just continues to change. I don't know if I have every known a time that he has not had a ton of lawsuits waiting on him. Sad to say, but I'm pretty sure this has just totally corrupted our democracy.

Here is the start of my donations to Australia. They have 6 different sizes of bird rescue nests and this is the first four. All of them will be folded over for additional strength as the largest one that I show so they will hopefully keep the birds in as they gain strength. It is a slow process because you have to use double yarn and crochet very tight so there are no holes. Yikes! They are a bit hard on the wrists but I will keep going. As I see there needs change, I will change to that necessity.
