🍗 Acne- Safe Simple Baked Chicken Recipe

Serves: 4
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 35–40 minutes

Ingredients
• 4 boneless, chicken breasts with skin on (or thighs for extra juiciness)
• 2 tbsp real olive oil
• 1 tsp non-iodized sea salt
•. 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp garlic powder (salt free)
• ½ tsp onion powder (salt free)
• ½ tsp fresh thyme
• Optional: squeeze of lemon juice or lemon wedges for serving

Instructions
1. Preheat oven: to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly coat with real olive oil in baking dish.
2. Pat dry: chicken with paper towels — this helps it brown beautifully.
3. Season: Drizzle real olive oil over the chicken, then sprinkle with all seasonings. Rub evenly to coat both sides.
4. Bake: Place in the oven for 20–25 minutes for thinner breasts, or 30–35 minutes for thicker cuts.

5. Rest: Let chicken sit for 5 minutes before slicing — this keeps it juicy.
