It’s tax time! If you had a health insurance plan with BeWell in 2025 expect to receive tax form 1095-A in the mail mid-February. You can also download a copy of it by logging into your 2025 health insurance portal.

Use your 1095-A to reconcile your premium tax credit and fill out your federal income tax return.
