💀 Flow of Remembrance: A Día de los Mu***os Yoga Experience

Honor. Remember. Celebrate.

Join us for a special Day of the Dead-inspired flow — a sacred space to honor the lives, memories, and legacies of those who have come before us.

This soulful 60-minute class combines mindful movement, gentle flow, and guided meditation to open the heart and awaken gratitude. We’ll move with intention, connect to breath, and celebrate the cycle of life and death as a beautiful continuum of energy and love.

An altar will be created in the studio for offerings — feel free to bring a photo or small token to honor someone special. Together, we’ll breathe, move, and remember in community.
