Yoga 4/1 Mission: is to invite individuals to experience personal growth, acceptance, and love through authentic community and mindful movement practices.

Vision: to create a space where peace abounds, love flourishes, and Christ is deeply known. My name is Christina Garcia I am a certified 500 Christian MasterTrainer. I have a heart to know Christ and make Him known. Through the modality of yoga we will move in praise and worship. Yoga classes vary in difficulty and style. I encourage everyone, whether beginner or pro, to join in and give it a try. It does not have to perfect just safe. Other Certifications
