Clarity isn’t knowing what’s coming. Clarity is being okay with not knowing.
Be clear of mind, activating your 3rd eye with clary sage essential oil. Place a couple of drops of clary sage e.o. In your palm, rub your palms together and pass your palms over 3rd eye, rubbing across your forehead to your temples. Breathe deeply into your palms and allow yourself to sit in silence for a few minutes. Be present. Enjoy the peace.

Give yourself just 3 minutes a day. Pick a time, pick a place, and make it a daily habit. Your mind and body will thank you.
I like mornings. I pour myself a cup of tea, roll onto my yoga mat, and give myself a few minutes to just be…

The world is chaos, and sometimes our minds are too…
So, how do we find peace in our lives and peace in por minds?
It only takes a minute, literally.
Meditation doesn’t have to be hard. It doesn’t have to take 30 minutes. Give yourself just a minute to stop and breathe and smell the oils 💧😉☺️🫶
You’ll find that your mind and your life start to change, and you find peace both inside and out.
