We can be nothing less than light. Nothing less than a spark of the divine emanation. As shifts in consciousness take hold we can more readily see our totality in the oneness. For we can never be less than oneness. Never less than whole. There are not two worlds; no us and them, no heaven and hell, no divinity and humanity. It is all one thing. This awareness does not minimize human suffering but rather brings is into knowing that suffering is simply part of our experience as a spiritual being of light, not as a separate thing occurring outside of that light. 💕

I’m struck how over the years my ideas, and relationship to, love has changed. I see love, the kind that creates, builds bridges, heals, and manifests abundance as a creative force unto itself. We find this love in the benevolence of the divine and in the space of flow when we fully allow all of life, just as it is, to be present. No resistance, no fear, no take backs, or regrets. Just allowance of the “what IS of life!” Here we have peace, joy, freedom, and the ability to create and live wholly.

If you’ve spent time in spiritual or esoteric spaces, you’ve likely heard the term “high vibration.” It’s often used as a point of comparison—between ourselves and others, or even between one emotion and another. Without realizing it, we slip into subtle judgment, as if “vibration” were a ladder to climb.

Sadness, joy, anger, peace—each is energy, vibration, and each carries its own wisdom. To label one “vibration” as higher and another as lower separates us from others, from ourselves, and from the wholeness of life itself. What we call “low vibe” is often a doorway into reflection, healing, and karmic balance. These states are mirrors and teachers, guiding us into deeper awareness.

Rather than chasing a “higher vibration,” we can practice surrendering into presence—meeting every “vibration” without judgment. From here, the illusion of separation softens, and we glimpse the oneness that has always been.

I’ve heard people talk about “being in the flow.” I’m sure you have too—feels good, right? The tricky part is that flow and resistance aren’t always easy to tell apart.

Quick example:
1. My body is in pain, I must heal it.
2. My body is perfect, whole, and complete—even in the midst of pain.

Both statements are valid. Both carry energy. But they land differently. Look closely: the first comes from a “something’s wrong, I need to fix it” mindset—which naturally stirs resistance. The second comes from “everything’s already right”—which opens the door to flow. (This is the engine behind manifestation by the way.)

Want to test it? Sit quietly for a few minutes and try both statements out loud. Notice how each one feels in your body. Which feels more supportive, more healing?

If this resonates, play with exploring other areas where you can shift your inner dialogue—and move into more flow and ease.

I love ravens. Smart, relational, and full of spirit—they’re messengers of transformation and new beginnings. Sometimes, when we’re on the edge of a major spiritual upgrade, the body and mind resist. It doesn’t feel like growth—it feels like the end of everything. Stuck. Lost. Directionless.
