"Rita Gonzales is the heartbeat of our CNA team a true example of what it means to serve with compassion, strength, and selflessness. She never hesitates to step in when we’re short-staffed or when patients need extra care. She takes on additional visits, covers wide areas, and works long hours, often from sunup to sundown.

Her patients absolutely adore her. We hear time and again how caring, attentive, and skilled she is. She builds genuine relationships, communicates thoughtfully with nurses, and always goes the extra mile. Rita doesn’t just do her job, she lives it.

She leads with her heart and sets an example for all of us. I’ve worked with many aides, but none who give so much of themselves, so consistently, and with such grace. Rita is one of a kind, and I can’t think of anyone more deserving of this recognition."
