Facebook memes are not a good source of medical advice. Take the below; I did not know that. Considering that I have a masters degree, am board certified, and read classical Chinese medicine texts in my leisure time, you'd think I would know that. There are acupoints on the spine, and some important ones in that area. But putting ice on them is not a traditional/classical treatment method. This is because cold is one of the environmental pathogens and its nature is to contract and stagnate. Stagnation causes pain, in Chinese medicine. Li D**g Yuan would be appalled if his ghost could access facebook and see this.
