ATTENTION: For the safety and well-being of those we serve, the NM HCA requires timely medication administration and documentation. The Daily MAR will officially go into effect December 1, 2025. Providers are required to administer and document all medication on Therap MARs within the 2-hour medication administration window, or document and give the reason for missing medication and/or documentation within a 24-hour period.

Alianza believes that great care starts by taking care of caregivers. We are here to assist you with training, guidance, and support. Our staff of professional Service Coordinators and Nurses are on call 24 hours in case of emergencies.
