Nov 29th: Easier Standing and Balance: Harmonizing the relationship between the front and back muscles for easier standing and balance. Lesson is done lying on the back with legs crossed and tilting legs left and right. Coordinating arms, eyes, and breathing with movement of the legs.
Dec 6th: Pelvic Floor Awareness: This lesson creates awareness of the pelvic floor muscles and how they are related to the use of our feet, abdomen, spine, and breathing. Back-lying lesson.
Dec 13th: Using Your Bum:) The glutes are large, strong muscles of the body and in this (very fun!) lesson we learn how to better use them to make our everyday movements easier. We explore how the use of the glutes affect the movement of the arch, legs, pelvis, and low back. Lesson is done lying on the back, sitting, kneeling, and standing.
Dec 20th: A Stable Skeleton: This lesson connects the movements of pelvis/spine/shoulders to create a more stable upper torso and greater sense of balance over one’s feet. Lesson is done lying on the back.
