Yesterday, the Cannabis Control Division issued a mandatory recall of a medical cannabis edible for having a THC level above the legal limit.
The edible, manufactured by GH LLC and sold under the name “GH Kush Pops,” contained 200 mg of total THC per package, with two individual 100 mg lollipops. Under New Mexico law, medical cannabis products may contain no more than 50 mg of THC per serving.
No health-related complaints have been reported to the division in connection with this recall.
All licensed cannabis retailers are required to immediately remove this product from shelves.
