Learn a series of 18 energy-enhancing exercises - Shibashi, also called “Taiji Qigong.

Shibashi is a set of Qigong exercises, that are gentle, beautiful and flowing. They are very deeply relaxing & suitable for all ages. Known to increase energetic vitality, rejuvenate the mind,, and gain more agility and flexibility.

Other benefits include : stimulates Lungs, promotes and helps lift depression, relieves anxiety and headaches, strengthens Kidney, knees and legs, helps balance and improve blood pressure, strengthens the Heart and Lungs, opens and expand flow of energy in the chest.

The gentle stretching and releasing, combined with deep relaxed breathing, encourages tension deep in the body tissues to soften and release.
