Today, Advantage Communications had a very special visitor with us. Zina, our Compliance Officer, who works remotely, joined us in person after traveling all the way from Lovington, New Mexico.

Zina is an incredibly important part of our team, and it was truly a pleasure to have her in the office with us today. Opportunities like this remind us how strong and connected our team is, even across different locations.

March is Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month (DDAM), an annual campaign led by the National Association of Councils on Developmental Disabilities (NACDD) to promote inclusion, community, and the contributions of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. It focuses on removing barriers to create a more inclusive world and highlights the need for equal opportunities in education, employment, and daily life.🧡

How to Participate:

Wear Orange: Support the movement by wearing orange on Wednesdays to symbolize inclusion and acceptance.
Advocate & Educate: Share stories and information about the abilities of people with disabilities to combat stigma.
