Meet Kat, our newest Restorative Yoga instructor 🤍
She’ll be teaching Sundays at 9 AM, and we couldn’t be more excited to have her at Be Kind.
Our restorative practice is all about deep rest, nervous system reset, and gentle support. You’ll settle into fully supported poses using props, focus on slow intentional breathing, and give your body the space it needs to truly unwind. This is a practice of receiving, not doing — perfect if you’re feeling tired, stressed, or simply craving softness. 🤍✨
