Our first programs included individual and family counseling, adoption services and parenting training. Over time we expanded our services to reach seniors, grandparents raising grandchildren, people in need of conflict resolution, and employees in the workplace. In the time since Outcomes, Inc. was founded more than 50 years ago, we have served over a half a million people in the state of New Mexico. Today Outcomes serves individuals, families, couples, children, veterans, seniors, grandparents, and employees throughout New Mexico— reaching an estimated 16,000 individuals each year. We currently have a team of 16 professionals trained in the areas of psychotherapy, mediation, and social work. Our team represents different cultural and ethnic backgrounds, and each one of our professionals embraces diversity and appreciates the differences that make our community rich and unique. Throughout our years of service we have forged partnerships with a number of organizations ranging from the New Mexico Children, Youth and Families Department to Pegasus Legal Services to the University of New Mexico Hospitals.We work closely with Bernalillo County detention center, the school system, statewide companies, and the community to deliver services.
