We envision a world where everyone has access to yoga especially the underserved and disenfranchised. Mission
The Flash Kundalini Yoga project wants to bring Kundalini Yoga to all. Building community through self healing/awareness and group activity. We accomplish this by the “Flash Kundalini Project”:
1. Offering "pop up" classes in parks
2. Teaching "pop up" classes in Group Homes fo

r people dealing with severe mental illness, domestic violence or disenfranchised youth. Teaching at yoga studios and churches.
3. Teaching Kundalini on Zoom

Why Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini yoga is the "Yoga of Awareness". Through the practices of mindful breathing and compassion for ourselves and others, healing occurs people and grow stronger. People have the opportunity to heal from past traumas, and create for themselves a life that is inspired, safe and joyful.

We will be doing “Kriya for Strengthening Circulation, the Heart, and Immune System.” The meditation will be “Ong So Hung” to open the heart and connect us to the creative consciousness of the Universe.
