Sunday Drive is a series of 90 minute DVDs designed primarily for people with Alzheimer’s and dementia, severe autism, or are home-bound.

Sunday Drive is a series of two hour DVDs designed primarily for people with Alzheimer’s and dementia and those who cannot get out to enjoy a simple drive through our beautiful countryside. It allows them to relax from the bewilderment and stress of their life situation. The audience includes residents of care facilities for Alzheimer’s and dementia, individuals with severe autism, people with brain injury, or anyone who could benefit from “getting outside” without leaving home to enjoy seeing images of nature and listening to relaxing music. Sunday Drive has no complicated plot, narration, text, or a specific objective; nothing but calming visual imagery with cinematic background music. Although effective with individuals, it is best presented on a large screen with a group, encouraging verbal interaction among the viewers. The intent is to simply escape the day's confusion, sit back, and enjoy a calming Sunday Drive.
