Growth after loss doesn’t look the way we expect it to.
It’s not a straight line. It’s quiet. It’s messy. It’s the small moments—getting out of bed when it feels heavy, finding your breath in the middle of overwhelm, choosing to keep going when everything in you wants to shut down.
Loss changes you. There’s no going back to who you were before—and honestly, that’s not the goal. Growth is about becoming someone new. Someone deeper. Someone more aware, more grounded in what truly matters.
You don’t “get over” loss. You learn how to carry it differently.
And somewhere along the way, without even realizing it, you begin to notice:
You’re stronger than you thought.
You’re softer in the ways that matter.
You’re still here.
And that counts for more than you know. 🤍
