🏋️ Kettlebell Health Recap! 🏋️

This past Wednesday (March 18), we had another great Kettlebell Health class at Alcoa Chiropractic & Wellness Center!

Shoutout to Josh and Lori for putting in the work 💪

Here’s what they took away:

👉 Better technique and confidence using kettlebells
👉 Learning movements like Turkish Getups (and realizing… we all need more practice 😅)
👉 Improving hip mobility, balance, and stability
👉 Keeping the spine in a stronger, more protective position

And yes… a little soreness comes with it 😄

These classes are all about helping you move better, get stronger, and build confidence in your body — in a fun, supportive environment.
