STUDIO CLOSING - It is with a sad heart that I announce we must close our doors. It has truly been an honor to get to know so many more people in my community. I did what I love doing and that is spreading yoga and for that I have such a grateful heart. Grateful that this job can take me anywhere in the world for the rest of my life.

Please stay tuned as I am extremely open to finding different space. I will keep you posted on customers that had more than 20 classes on file and their instructions to request a refund.

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you - Anyone ready to dedicate time for their inner Self can have such a transformation with a yoga practice.

Results from the Bikram Yoga Heart Study are finally in with a grand total of 81 participants enrolled and randomized to one of 3 groups: hot yoga (105 degrees); thermoneutral yoga (73 degrees) or control (no exercise). I am so excited I have started the journey of serving my community. Kaely's Kindness is a support group for teens and families of teens fighting cancer, I have known Maggie (Kaely's Mother) for at least 25 years. She is truly an amazing woman - she taught her daughter how to turn lemons into lemonade at the worst time possible. Now they help over 50 local families who are battling as well to give them as much normalcy as possible.

Thank you Maggie Gemma and Kaely for being amazing role models that show other people they can go above and beyond.
