In yoga, we remind students again and again: Come back to the breath.
It may seem repetitive, but our minds scatter so quickly that these gentle cues are necessary. The same holds true in life.

We need reminders—sometimes even scheduled appointments—to not just move our bodies, but to play, to rest, to renew.

So today, take a look at your schedule. Where have you made space for stillness?
Maybe it’s a calming yin yoga session. Maybe it’s time with a good book, a walk outside, or simply closing your eyes for a few moments.

Don’t treat rest like a reward for productivity. It’s essential. It’s powerful. It deserves a place on your calendar.
