Have they been checked for: sleep apnea 💤

When we have little ones (or adults) having a hard time with focus +/or hyperactivity, then we are going to make sure we check out a few things ⬇️

1. Breathing: 😮‍💨 Are they breathing through their nose or mouth? How is their quality of sleep? If they are not breathing well then they are not going to have enough brain power to focus.
2. Nutrition: 🥦🥖🥚 Do they have any food sensitivities? Missing any essential nutrients? The gut-to-brain connection can alter the brain’s ability for full power.
3. Primitive Reflexes: 🧠 Do they have retained primitive reflexes? Retained primitive reflexes can cause the brainstem to stay in an immature state.
