💕 My Winter Wellness Game Plan 💕
Because our kiddos, life, work, and busy season ahead don’t really care if we’re tired 😅
This season I’m being proactive — not reactive. My goal: energy, strong immunity, focus, and steady motivation all winter long.
Here’s what I’m doing:
✨ Weekly Lipo-Mino + B12 injections
For energy, focus, metabolism, and mood support — so I can show up as my best self.
💉Weekly Vitamin D injections:
Most people dip low in winter, and this nutrient is a huge part of immune strength + happy mood.
🔥Infrared Sauna 3–4x/week
For detox support, immunity, mood, and deep sleep. My nervous system loves this routine.
💧Myer’s IV every 2–3 weeks
A big immune and nourishment reset — especially during sick season. I feel the difference every time.
😴Moving my body daily and prioritizing sleep
This is vital to optimal immune function.
