Not every funky thing your body does during exercise is a red flag.🚩 But some symptoms may be yellow flags…which is your body saying “hey sis… pay attention here.”

As a pelvic floor expert, I gotta know ALL the deets about all the systems that the pelvic floor interacts with— urinary, bowel, $exu@l, musculoskeletal, etc, etc, etc. 📋
