KLC Pediatric Therapy now offering MONTHLY speech and language screeners!!

Have you ever wondered if your child's speech and language skills we behind? Have you had a family member or pediatrician raise some concerns and you are hesitant?

Let us ease those questions for you without any judgement! We are here to help - no commitment to therapy or an evaluation, just some basic information on what is age appropriate and what is not from a skilled SLP!

-Children ages 3-6 years
-All families welcome!
-15 minute speech and language screener
-Have questions and concerns validated
-Talked with a skilled SLP
-$35

Our SLP's are opening their schedules on a monthly basis for the first time dedicated to screenings for you! We are booking speech and language screenings the last week of each month!

Kristen is a feeding specialist and is proud to participate in the Feeding Matters Texas Council! This is such an honor and we are proud to have her serving families at KLC!

Kristen is always working to continue her education in our field. She enjoys collaboration and growth in order to serve families that are impacted by feeding disorders.

Getting back into the school routine after winter break can be tough for kids — and that’s completely normal.
A few ways to help ease the transition:

• Start with one routine at a time (mornings, bedtime, homework)
• Give extra time for transitions, especially early in the day
• Use visuals, timers, or checklists to support predictability
• Keep expectations consistent while allowing flexibility
• Praise effort as routines fall back into place

Transitions take time, and support during these moments can make a big difference.
