Good morning to all my lovely clients and followers. I'd like to take a moment to address a few things.

Pictured below is Trixie my little golden goddess, as my warranty company and the dealership I'm working with can't seem to be on the same page (I honestly think they're reading completely different books at this point) this will be my new to me work car.

Prices. Prices are not going up because of the new year. I do my best to keep prices affordable and I give you my word prices won't go up until I own my spot or unless the price of supplies changes drastically.

No call and or No shows. I'm enforcing a 0 tolerance policy this year it doesn't matter how long you've been a client. If you do not give me a 2 hour notice (which is way more reasonable than any cancelation policy I know of) you will pay 1/2 the service fee before you're allowed to reschedule. Please respect my time as I will always respect yours. I know emergencies happen but most of the time that's not the case for a no show.

Shirts? Hoodie? A long time friend of mine is getting her own print shop after several years of working for another company and I'd love to support her. I thought about ordering some to sell with my business name on it? If you're interested let me know and I'll look into it. I have no idea the cost or anything as she's just getting up and running.

Last but not least that number that text you to remind you of your appointment? You can now text me through that number. You don't have to download squareup and it makes me crazy that you guys get those messages saying you need to. Square has come out with a couple new add on features and I've decided to upgrade to this specific feature as not everyone has Facebook but most have a cell phone.
