Spaces are filling up. If you haven't signed up for our Sound bath and Breathwork session this Saturday, Feb. 14th from 5-6pm, don't delay.

This meditative experience blends intentional breathwork with the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, gongs and other instruments to support deep relaxation and nervous system regulation. Participants are invited to rest, listen, and receive – leaving feeling refreshed, centered and at ease.

This guided sound breath and breathwork experience can also be enjoyed before or after your float to help you arrive more grounded or extend the sense of calm afterwards.
