Alexandria Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is proud to introduce a whole new level of post-acute care and long-term care to communities throughout Northern Virginia and Central Maryland. Nestled on the western bank of the Potomac River just south of Washington DC, our skilled nursing facility helps ease your transition from hospital to home as you regain your strength. Alexandria offers a comprehensive continuum of specialized care including orthopedic rehab, skilled nursing, Alzheimer’s and dementia care, and wound care. With full-center renovations planned for the very near future, we are proud to be Rehabbing Care™ at Alexandria Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center!

Thank you to our November Meals on Wheels delivery volunteers, LaTosha May, Director of Life Enrichment and Aminata Senesie, Life Enrichment Assistant.

In addition to volunteering for meal deliveries, Alexandria Rehabilitation is proud to partner with Senior Services of Alexandria to provide the Caring Connection program complementary to Alexandria City residents for one week after a stay in our care. The program consists of Meals on Wheels delivery and a well-check by Senior Services to ensure a safe return to home and continued successful recovery!
