Here are simple 3-line Boundary Scripts every midlife woman needs in her back pocket:

1️⃣ Neutral Redirect:
“I’m choosing not to discuss that today, let’s keep things light.” 🙂

2️⃣ A Calm, Grounded No:
“Thanks for thinking of me, but I’m going to pass on that.”

3️⃣ A Self-Honoring Exit:
“I’m going to step away for a moment to reset, I’ll be right back.”

Practice your lines out loud once or twice.

Your nervous system will thank you.

Your future self will thank you.
And the holidays might actually feel… peaceful. ✨
