Ever notice how motivation feels different in midlife? 🫠

During menopause, what used to drive us (praise, pushing, proving, powering through) often stops working. And it can feel confusing… or even frustrating.

But maybe nothing is “wrong.”
Maybe your body is simply asking for a new kind of motivation.

Less pressure.
More curiosity.
Less chasing approval.
More listening inward.
