Poor posture is the main contributor in upper cross syndrome. This is where tight muscles and inhibited muscles create a "hunch" in your upper back.

◾Work on your posture when using your computer, phone or watching TV
◾Get adjusted
◾Get therapies to loosen the tight muscles such as cupping, ultrasound, massage or KT tape
◾Use resistance bands or dumbbells to strengthen inhibited muscles
◾Use a foam roller to stretch out upper back
