This testimony tugged my heart strings so much.
I LOVE everyone I work with and this gift I'm able to SHARE🙏
I want to pause for a moment and give testimony to everything above.
I have dealt with anxiety and stress my entire life. I often would find myself in the ER or on the floor - from anxiety. Panic attacks are REAL. The only thing that has helped me get control over this, is BREATHWORK!
Think about it. What causes panic attacks? Erratic breathing. Yes, there are stresses that cause you to start breathing erratically, but understanding how to control your breath during a panic attack and reset IS EVERYTHING. No More Passing Out, No More waking up on the floor at the rear of the airplane……I no longer have my attacks, I practice my INTENTIONAL BREATH WORK every morning. Erin teaches me this. It’s not as simple as you think, it’s powerful. Your breath is your consciousness.
I recommend having a weekly in-person or virtual meeting from the comfort of your own home or office. I practice everyday, but when we meet on zoom every week, Erin always challenges me. I didn’t realize this would also help me so much when I scuba and swim, I am a water baby that travels extensively.😊
Now, let’s talk about myofascial release. Going through a year of the most horrible grief….. really did a number on my face. I was walking around for a year with so much grief on my face, crying, etc.
I went to see Erin. Upon release - something magical happened. My facial expressions returned to Pre-Grief, no more saggy jowels from “sad face”, lifted and arched eyebrows came back and all the “PUFFY” went away with the lymphatic drainage. I still cry - everyday…..but I don’t look like I have been crying….I do some facial lymphatic drainage for myself now, everyday after my breath work. It’s devastating how much women hold grief in their faces. Releasing this tension, brought back my youthful expressions…..I am forever grateful for what Erin has taught me and done for……ME.
ME - Just ME. She will show you SELF CARE and how important it is to be kind to yourself.
If you are not a monthly client of Erin’s, maybe you should consider. I exchanged the cost of my anxiety meds (that were damaging my mind & body) for the monthly cost of ERIN!!!!!!!! And I am a better human for it. No regrets. Best Christmas present I ever got myself (last year).

Maybe you should become a monthly client! Very affordable and in the long run, Im at the beach today instead of anywhere else having a stressful life. I know I did a lot of the work, but Erin helped me get here, healthy, relaxed, no stress. AND LOOKING MY BEST!
