We had a great morning supporting the LV5K in Alexandria!! Your HYPE and Hydration team had a blast! 💥 It was so amazing seeing all the familiar faces and cheering on our friends!

Special thank you to all the LeBlanc Physical Therapy and Wellness group for donating waters and helping me pass them out during the 5K! I could not have done it without yall!

I have had several clients ask how they can help!!

LeBlanc Physical Therapy and Wellness will be helping at the Hydration Station along the 5K! We are in need of mini bottles of water that the runners/walkers can grab and sip on while they complete their 5K!!

My newest scoli girl meeting some goals! She may be tiny but she sure is mighty and knows what to do to see success! 🤍

💚 No Luck 🍀 of the Irish over here! 😂

Her parents came to me after meeting with their doctor who advised them to ramp up their scoliotic bracing and start PSSE (scoliosis specific exercises) and we have seen huge success in just a few sessions!

These exercises are HIGHLY specific and tailored to each child’s specific curve pattern! It requires continued education further than what we typically receive with our physical therapy degrees!!!

These benefits can be life changing for these girls and their families!! They are such a pleasure to work with! 💚💚

My ladies and I will be working to collect waters bottles for this station over the next few weeks!! We can’t wait to serve you all!!

Did you know LeBlanc PT and Wellness offers conservative management for Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis?!?

In conjunction with local pediatricians and orthopedic doctors, we combine Scoliosis specific exercise and bracing for those with scoliotic curvatures in hopes of slowing the progression of the curve and prevent possible surgery!

These individuals see improved posture, reduction of pain/stiffness, and increased strength that allows them to participate in their favorite hobbies and sports!
