One of the most important things to remember after lip filler? Swelling is completely normal, especially in the first 24–72 hours. Lips have a rich blood supply, so they tend to swell more than other areas.

Breast reduction is one of the procedures where patients often feel a difference almost immediately. Removing that excess weight and reshaping the breast can improve balance and comfort right away. But it’s important to remember that what you see in the early stages isn’t the final result. Swelling will gradually resolve, and the breasts will settle into their long-term shape over the next several weeks to months. 👍🏻

Breast augmentation is never one-size-fits-all. The final result depends on much more than implant size. Things like body proportions, implant shape, placement, and existing breast tissue all matter.

For this patient, the goal was to add volume in a way that looks balanced and natural for the patient’s frame. As she heals, the results will continue to refine as the implants settle and swelling resolves.
