✔ Write down your symptoms or concerns
✔ Note when they started or what makes them better/worse
✔ Bring a list of medications and supplements
✔ Bring any recent test results from other doctor’s offices (if you have them)
✔ Don’t forget your questions — big or small

Your appointment is your time, and we want you to feel heard, supported, and comfortable asking anything that’s on your mind.

Meet the Team: Amie Mundy

When someone’s hurting, Amie Mundy is ready to help. That’s who she’s always been.

Since becoming a nurse in 1999, Amie has dedicated her life to caring for others with compassion, skill, and heart. With patients at Legacy Health & Wellness, Amie knows people need more than treatment. They need someone who listens and cares.

“I always want to help however I can,” she says. “Even if that just means being a listening ear.”
For Amie, nursing isn’t just a job. It’s a calling. And after more than 20 years, she’s still grateful to do the work she loves.

“I’ve never regretted my career choice,” she says. “I feel blessed to have a job where I can say I love what I do.”

At Legacy, Amie found something special. A work family built on teamwork and respect.
“There’s no ‘that’s not my job’ mindset here,” she says. “Everyone helps one another. We care for each other, and that lets us serve our patients well.”

Going above and beyond isn’t a bonus. It’s just what we do.

And it’s people like Amie Mundy who make that possible.
