Meredith brings a thoughtful, refined approach to aesthetics — with experience in injectables, facial lasers, and weight management, and a deep belief in enhancing your natural beauty with subtle, confident results.

Outside the treatment room, she’s a personal trainer and competitive powerlifter who loves the intersection of strength and beauty (because you can absolutely be both). Born and raised in Virginia, she finds her reset in the Shenandoah Mountains, starts her mornings with a strong cup of coffee, and unwinds with a good book and her two cats close by.
