Winter has a way of slowing us down. In the quiet moments, after the day winds down and the world grows still, we’re often left with our thoughts, our breath, and ourselves.

In one of our latest blogs, Kellie McCall, Resident in Counseling at Healthy Minds Therapy, invites you to use winter’s stillness as an opportunity for reflection and renewal. Through the lens of the Eight Cs of Self-Leadership from Internal Family Systems Therapy, she explores how qualities like calm, curiosity, compassion, and courage can help guide us inward and support deeper self-awareness during the colder months.
