The PACE model has been helping older adults stay independent for more than 50 years.

Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) began in the 1970s as a community-based solution to help seniors receive medical care, daily support, and social connection without moving into a nursing home. Today, PACE is a nationally recognized model supported by Medicare and Medicaid.

Programs like Cherry Blossom PACE bring healthcare, therapy, in-home support, transportation, and social engagement together under one coordinated care team, helping eligible older adults in Northern Virginia remain safely at home longer.
