February often centers love and relationships but healthy love isn’t about avoiding conflict.

It’s about how conflict is handled.

Healthy conflict allows space for disagreement while still maintaining respect, emotional safety, and care. Unhealthy conflict causes harm through blame, fear, or control.

Disagreement should never require emotional pain to be valid.

If conflict in your relationships leaves you feeling anxious, small, or unsafe, your nervous system may be signaling that something needs attention—not that you’re “too sensitive.”

This month, we’re focusing on love that feels safe. 💙
